Options
Description
The classic court combines tempered glass walls with a steel mesh fence. Sixteen column sets hold the glass panels, and every upright is reinforced with a large-section square profile. This adds stiffness and keeps the structure stable under outdoor wind loads and intensive use.

Columns and mesh
Columns and beams are hot-dip galvanised steel, 80 × 80 × 3 mm. Galvanised steel does not rust, peel or lose colour after long outdoor use. The mesh is produced in two stages: hot-dip galvanising, then electrostatic powder coating. Mesh frames measure 1 × 2 m, with 4 mm wire and 50 × 50 mm openings; the edges are finished so they cannot scratch or snag.
Glass
Explosion-resistant tempered float glass, 12 mm, 2990 × 1995 mm, to EN 12150-1, with SGCC, IGCC, ISO, CSI, SAI Global, AS/NZS 4666, CCC and CE certification. It passes impact and sandbag tests, and its fragmentation complies with GB 15763.2-2005; it also meets AS/NZS 2208:1996, CAN/CGSB 12.1-2017 and ANSI Z97.1-2015. Impurity-free float glass lowers the risk of spontaneous breakage after tempering and extends service life.
Turf
Premium padel turf to GB/T 20394-2006: 12 mm pile, 10 000 dtex yarn, 63 000 stitches/m², 4.76 mm gauge, PU + PP mesh backing. KDK yarn technology helps the fibres keep their colour and shape; the polyurethane back coating locks the fibres in place. Blue or green as standard; a custom colour is possible. Tested for wear (Lisport, 150 000 cycles), UV (SGS, UVA 5000 h), flammability, skin irritation and antibacterial properties; CE, RoHS and REACH compliant.
Lighting
8 × 200 W IP65 LED floodlights on 6000 mm columns inside the fence line, up to 300 lx, with adjustable beam direction.
Foundation
A reinforced concrete slab of 20.8 × 10.8 m, at least 150 mm thick, with 12 mm bars at 250 mm centres. The slab must be level and checked before installation.
