This website is run by UAB Megasportas (company code 304975508, Klauso Malūno g. 3, Klausmyliai, LT-91291, Lithuania), the company behind the Evolve brand.

When you send a form or a court design, we receive the details you enter (name, company, e-mail, phone, country, city, message) and the design itself. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, and keep them for as long as the enquiry and any resulting order require.

The 3D builders run entirely in your browser. A design is stored only in the link of the page (after #) until you send it to us.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser.

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted: info@evolve-fitness.eu. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
