Padel courts
Evolve padel courts are built from hot-dip galvanised, powder-coated steel, 12 mm tempered glass and professional padel turf. The three models differ in how open the walls are and how the corners are supported.

Evolve super panoramic padel court
Maximum glass, minimum steel: the corner supports are integrated into the glass frame, so no corner columns interrupt the view.
View detailsThe classic court has steel and glass walls held by 16 column sets, with every upright reinforced by a large-section square profile. The panoramic court uses double combined corner columns and more glass for a better view. The super panoramic court has its corner supports built into the glass frame, so no corner columns block the view.
All three use 18 tempered glass panels, 12 mm thick, to EN 12150-1 with CE marking. The mesh fence is 4 mm galvanised wire with 50 × 50 mm openings in 1 × 2 m panels, powder-coated after galvanising. Bolts and glass fixings are grade 304 stainless steel. The panoramic models are designed for wind speeds up to 71.5 m/s, or 80.5 m/s in the reinforced version.
Courts come with padel turf in blue or green; a custom turf colour and any RAL frame colour are available on request. The lighting is 8 × 200 W IP65 LED floodlights on 6 m columns integrated into the fence, giving up to 300 lx.
Each court needs a reinforced concrete slab of 20.8 × 10.8 m, at least 150 mm thick, with 12 mm rebar at 250 mm centres. The slab must be level and checked before the court is installed.
